Barrows is the founder & president of TechReady Professionals Incorporated, one of western Pennsylvania’s leading technology firms and parent company for hyper-local community website RedbankValley.org.
Rev. Dr. Barrows serves on the Redbank Valley Chamber of Commerce (Past President), New Bethlehem Borough Council (Mayor), Redbank Renaissance, Redbank Valley Municipal Authority, and the Southern Clarion County Regional Police Department. Additionally, Barrows serves on committees for the Redbank Valley School District, Redbank Valley Trails Association, Redbank Valley Alumni Association, and the Southern Clarion Police Association. Barrows is a first responder (Fire-Police) for the New Bethlehem Fire Company and serves on the Board of Review for the New Bethlehem Boy Scouts.
Rev. Dr. Barrows is the lead pastor for the St. Mary’s Redbank Church as well as interim pastor and Sunday school teacher for the New Bethlehem First Fellowship Church, and guest pastor for the New Salem Pierce Church.
